2 days of fabulous 20th Century Musical Memories In Leeds Featuring top tribute performances and bands.
The event at Royal Armouries, Leeds is to enable the British Isles to celebrate the existence and a 100 year milestone for Lions Clubs International. Annually, in Europe alone, Lions Clubs’ members volunteer around 6 million hours of service and raise £88 million to support the needs of local communities.
The event is for everyone nationwide to come together and enjoy an amazing weekend of 100 years of music.
Entertainment starts on Friday 24th November with cocktails and dancers (Gatsby Girls and a Tap Boy), before guests will be called to dinner. Sing along with a cockney knees up followed by acts from the 1920’s all the way through to the 1960s and beyond.
On Saturday 25th November the afternoon’s entertainment will start with Andy Wilsher performing his Rat Pack Tribute Show during Afternoon Tea followed by the fabulous Jersey Guys.
The evening will start with Andy Wilsher, performing his Michael Bublé Tribute Show during pre dinner drinks. Then to the main hall and the evening’s entertainment will continue during the 3 course meal.
Any profit from the weekend’s events will be used for a major charity appeal to be announced shortly.
